Since the law allows the attorney filing the Workers’ Compensation claim on behalf of the allegedly injured employee, aka the Applicant, to select the venue, we service most of the 24 DWC district offices and satellites located around the state, aka Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) offices or branches, including Southern, Central and Northern California.

And since it’s usually more cost-effective to hold depositions of the applicants at or near the office of the applicant’s attorney, as well as medical experts where they practice, because their hourly rates are usually 2 – 3 times higher than ours, our office serves a broad geographical territory.

Our most frequent appearances are in the WCABs, opposing attorneys’ and medical experts’ offices in Southern California, including LA County, the Inland Empire, Orange County and Oxnard. That being said, we also attend hearings and depositions throughout Central and Northern California. The following is a summary of most of the WCAB locations:
